We had another rough day around here. Dale has been sick for about 3 weeks. Brian took him to the vet about two weeks ago. He was put on antibiotics and steroids. They said they weren't sure what was wrong with him. He was losing a lot of weight. Brian nursed him with his medication and special foods for the last two weeks. He was eating but not getting any better. The last three days he quit eating and drinking. Today he went to doggie heaven to meet all his friends there. This past year we have had a hard time with dogs. Cole and Tracy lost Jake, Andy and Casey lost Tink, and now Dale.

Ode to Dale
