  1. That is so funny because my Dad grew up in Wisconsin and he always wore shorts where we lived growing up in the winter which people never understood....so that makes me laugh so much:)

  3. This is hilarious. Funny how when it does get into the 30's it feels like a heatwave to us northerners. Then again...it looks a little chilly with all that snow.

  6. How far did he go dressed like that? BRRR!!! No snowmobilers in our part of Wisconsin dress that way. Looks like he might be a good candidate for a polar plunge.

  8. That is funny but I think I'll stay in NC. I need it to be at least 70 before I wear shorts and a tank top. It was mid-60s this past weekend. Let me guess, this guy walks around nude when it's that hot out?!?!

  9. Yes, only in Wisconsin, well, or maybe Minnesota...oh wait, they are not has hardy as we are, are they? You know, today I was walking into work and some lady said, "boy sure feels like spring", it was about 32, and yes, in Wisconsin, we are thinking spring. Heck, our birds are starting to sing. :)

  16. This is so true, though! I grew up in Ohio, and I very clearly remember a January day when the skies cleared, the sun came out, and the temperature cracked 40. I grabbed my shorts and my roller skates and went outside to play (even though there was still 6 inches of snow on the ground!).

  20. OH My Gosh!!!! That is a great picture. Living in Florida has spoiled me to the worm weather. This winter here has been really cold. The temperature dropped as low as nineteen degrees. I am ready for the worm weather.

  27. Hey Jules,
Love your blog! Great lookin family. Can't imagine enduring that type of weather for very long. We aren't used to that in East Texas. We have been anticipating snow all day, but never got it.
